MFM reviewer Kath tested this buggy with an infant and a toddler and found it very durable. It handled cobbles, grass, and rough pavements, aswell as dirt tracks and kerbs. She noted that it was sturdy to push, and very solid on difficult terrain. Its tyres, which are inflatable and need to be pumped up regularly and have a suspension built-in. This was extremely comfortable for my children.

The size and shape of the seat is another aspect to think about. You want the seat to be large enough for your child to feel at ease and to lie down. Some three-wheel buggies offer an option to lie flat completely while others will only allow the parent to be facing one.

The Roma Atlas is a great option for off-road and wet walks. This buggy is ideal for a single child from birth, and can be adapted to accommodate two children as your family grows. Some three-wheeled buggies come with wheels that swivel at the front to help you navigate tight corners. Buggies with larger wheels can be quite wide and may struggle to fit into narrow spaces. This could be problematic if you intend to use it for jogging, or need to fit through narrow doorways while out and about. Fortunately, many models come with compact folding options that allow you to remove the front wheels for more compact storage.

One of the major advantages to a three-wheeled buggy is that it can be much more maneuverable, especially with a child in tow. The way they are constructed means that the front wheels turn at a whim and are extremely easy to manoeuvre and are ideal for tricky terrain like cobbles, parks, bumpy pavements and dirt tracks.

MFM reviewer Kath tried out a three-wheeler with her infant and toddler and wrote: "The Terrain was a pleasure to navigate over the rough terrain with the swivel rear wheel being especially helpful. I was also awed by how well it handled kerbs when using the hand-operated break. It was extremely stable when in the downhills or on a rough terrain."

The only drawback to this amazing maneuverability is that the 3 wheel buggy's larger wheels sometimes mean it has to be difficult to maneuver in tight spaces - something to be aware of when you live in a urban region. If  Internet Page  is an issue then a four-wheeled buggy might be a better option for you.
